Tyler Perry

American actor and movie producer Tyler Perry says it is time to kill the movie character Madea.

Come next year Madea will be no more as Tyler Perry recently reveals it’s time to say goodbye to the character and he plans to do so in his next Madea film expected to be released in 2019. Speaking on a radio program, Tyler says; “This is it… It’s time for me to kill that old b***h. I’m tired!… We’re gonna say goodbye in ‘19. I just don’t want to be her age playing her.”

The producer says the last of Madea will be seen as the movie character takes a final bow in his upcoming film, “Tyler Perry’s a Madea Family Funeral,” – to be released in March 2019. This film in the works will be the 8th Madea film and the 11th film in which Tyler will play this character. The movie producer also plans a farewell stage play tour for the character.

We are getting ready to see the last of the very mad, insightful, gangster and motherly Madea. It was indeed a good run.
