It is no longer news that a lot of A-list Nigerian artistes have left several foreign countries to ply their music trade in the shores of Nigeria.
For instance, artistes like D’bang, Don Jazzy, Tiwa Savage, Seyi Shey, Naeto C among others started their music careers off the shores of Nigeria before returning home to create a base for their music.

1. Nonso Amadi
Nonso Amadi started his music career when he was schooling at covenant University Ota in 2012 before he moved to the UK to continue his studies at Swansea University.
Nnoso Amadi also bagged his Master’s degree from McMaster’s University, Canada, he’s currently based in Canada.
He released his first body of work titled “Alone EP” in September 2015 and months later released a monster hit that placed his name on the lips of many Nigerians titled ”Tonight”.
In 2017, Nonso Amadi collaborated with another industry delight Odunsi “The Engine” to release an EP titled ‘War’. Sounds off the EP enjoyed massive airplay across the country.
Nonso operates under the RnB genre of music, he has also disclosed that he draws his motivation from the legendary John Bellion.
Muhammed Animashaun popularly known as Moelogo is another Nigerian making great music off the shores of Nigeria.
The British-Nigerian songwriter left the shores of Nigeria where he was born for South London in 2001.
Moelogo first major hit was in 2013 when he released “Pangolo,” after which he released an EP titled ‘Ìréti’, a 5-song. EP “Ìréti” translates to “Hope” in his native Yoruba language.
Despite Moelogo’s long stay outside the shores of Nigeria, he has not lost touch with his African background as most of his songs are laced with properly spoken Yoruba.
